I don’t know who needs to hear this, but please don’t live the same year 75 times and call it a life.
The world likes to tell us to go to a good college, get a good job, get married, and settle down. But here’s the truth: if we don’t pave our own path, we’ll end up living the life the world expects of us—not the one we truly want.
I strongly encourage you to take your healing journey to a deeper level. Why? Because when you heal your mind and body, you finally have the energy to pour into yourself and others—without running on empty.
I know this firsthand. I gave my all in my marriage—literally ALL of me. I gave when my cup was full, and I gave when it was bone dry. I pushed myself at work, only to come home with nothing left to give myself.
Let’s normalize working hard, prioritizing our well-being, and actually enjoying life along the way. Life is already serious—the least you can do is have fun while living it.
This week, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Phillip Quinones, a mental health therapist who blends his expertise with relationship healing. If you're ready to break free from old patterns and build something better, don’t miss this conversation.
