One Month In... 😮‍💨

I don't always know what I'm doing, actually

It’s been one month since my business partner and I set out to build a virtual IOP treatment center from scratch. We’ve never done this before. We’re figuring it out as we go. And honestly? That’s kind of the point.

We didn’t wait until we had every answer before we took the first step, because if we did, we’d never start.

We believe this matters. We believe people deserve access to real, human-centered care, especially in a virtual space that can too often feel cold or disconnected. That belief is what keeps us moving, even when we don’t know exactly what the next step looks like. Here’s the truth: We’ve made a hundred small decisions. Some we’ve had to redo. Some we’re still figuring out. But none of them have been failures. The only failure would’ve been not starting.

We don’t have a blueprint. But we do have a dream, a mission, and the willingness to keep showing up, even when it’s hard, even when we’re tired.

And that’s more than enough to build something real.
