Welcome to The Sunday Nourish: my weekly ritual of slowing down, resetting, and sipping something that actually makes you feel good. Each week, I share one of my favorite simple mocktail recipes made with ingredients that boost your mood, support your body, and help you start the week feeling refreshed from the inside out.
🍎 This Week’s Sip: Cider Glow
A cozy fall mocktail with a twist,
warm homemade apple cider meets a zesty, gut-loving ice cube made of apple cider vinegar, lemon, and mint. As the cube melts, it infuses the cider with brightness, balance, and a refreshing lift.

✨ Why I Love It
The Cider Glow feels like a hug in a mug, grounding, warm, and just sweet enough. But the lemon-mint cube adds something unexpected: a subtle detoxifying spark that makes this drink both comforting and cleansing. It’s my favorite way to wind down a chilly Sunday and start the week feeling balanced and nourished.
