aneta here, I need to update you guys. I started Nourished Inside Out as a passion project by giving back to people the education I once needed during the dark times of my narcissistic marriage. I have nothing but gratitude for the support of everyone who has been supporting me on the journey, you are loved and appreciated. I’m here to tell you today that we are taking a turn…

In the middle of all the chaos I decided to move to Mexico and start a new life and I have no regrets but along the way I met some people and we feel like it’s only appropriate to keep helping more people. Together, we’re building an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed to support individuals on their journey through addiction recovery. I am going to be taking you on this journey on what we are doing and how you can do it too if you want to! You might be wondering why Substance use treatment center? At a very young age I began to get into drugs myself and I ended up marrying a man who had a hidden drug addiction. By far the scariest experience I had was not knowing who I was really married to because of his hidden behaviors. And now, I’m using what I’ve lived through, and what I’ve learned, to build something that will help others break free.

I’m going to be taking you guys on this journey with us! If you’ve ever wanted to open up a treatment center but don’t know where to start, follow along, let’s learn and impact lives in positive ways.
